Event Policies

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email WRPA at [email protected]. Cancellations submitted on or before Monday, March,16, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, March,16, 2026. Registrants who cancel after Monday, March,16, 2026 will be responsible for payment regardless of attendance. Substitute attendees will be permitted, and requests for substitutions must be submitted via email. After an invoice is past due, a late fee of $20 will be assessed. (If at any time our event format changes from an in-person event, registration fees and cancellation policy will be assessed.)  


Conference Attendee Roster

An attendee roster containing your name, title, organization, phone number, and email address will be distributed electronically to other attendees, as well as conference exhibitors and sponsors.

Per WRPA Policy, conference exhibitors and sponsors can only use this list to contact you up to two times. If you wish to opt-in or opt-out, please indicate below.


Badge Reprint Policy

All attendees must acknowledge that a name badge is required for entry into any section of the conference. If my badge is lost or misplaced, a $5 fee will be levied for printing a replacement badge during the conference.
